Heavy Duty welded construction from 1.2mm thick sheet steel with a heavy duty welded tubular push handle on one end and rubber buffers fitted at all corners. Mounted on reinforced base unit with 125mm rubber tyred castors, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes. Alternative types and size of wheels available.This heavy duty cupboard has reinforced double doors mounted on full length piano hinge and secured by flush mounted 3 way locking handle.
The fully adjustable shelves have a capacity of 100 kilos (UDL) per shelf and are of bolt in construction, adjustable at 50mm centres. The 900 and 1200 high units are fitted with 2 shelves, the 1500 high unit with 3 shelves. Extra shelves are available if required.
The standard finish is powder coated dark grey (RAL 7031).
Special extra heavy duty security cabinets are available with additional locking features to suit individual applications. Also available with worktop surfaces in timber, plastic laminate and stainless steel. Other special features available include document holders, louvred panels, perforated doors & shelves and drawer units.
